These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VOPU Labs construction logistics platform and notification services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

VOPU Labs provides software for construction delivery scheduling, approval workflows, gate operations, and related notifications. The Service is provided to construction companies and their authorized personnel. The platform is currently in active development and piloting; features may change.

2. SMS notification program — VOPU Labs Delivery Notifications

Program description: VOPU Labs Delivery Notifications sends account and service messages by SMS to users who opt in — including delivery request approval decisions, schedule changes, day-before delivery reminders, and one-time sign-in codes.

Opt-in: you provide your mobile number and consent when your account is created or in your account preferences. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your projects' delivery activity.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you text STOP, we may send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can also disable SMS in your account preferences.
Help: reply HELP to any message or contact official@vopulabs.com.
Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our handling of your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment that no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in access secure.
You may use the Service only for lawful construction logistics purposes on projects you are authorized to access.
You may not attempt to access other tenants' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

4. Service data

Delivery records, schedules, and audit history entered into the platform belong to the customer organizations that create them. We process this data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" during its development and pilot phase. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that any message (including SMS) will be delivered without delay; do not rely on the Service as the sole safety-critical channel for site operations.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOPU Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
